As our Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient.
Your responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and creating a positive first impression
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar
Answering phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth
Verifying insurance information and collecting co-pays
Supporting therapists and leadership with administrative needs
Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and upbeat clinic environment
Building relationships with patients and making them feel known and cared for
Patients feel welcomed, calm, and confident in their care
Schedules run smoothly and efficiently
Communication between patients, therapists, and staff is clear
Problems are solved with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
The clinic feels organized, supportive, and energetic
Full-time position

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (healthcare a plus, but not required)
