What You'll do

As our Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient.

Your responsibilities include:

 Greeting patients and creating a positive first impression

 Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar

 Answering phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth

 Verifying insurance information and collecting co-pays

 Supporting therapists and leadership with administrative needs

 Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and upbeat clinic environment

 Building relationships with patients and making them feel known and cared for

what a successful day looks like

 Patients feel welcomed, calm, and confident in their care

 Schedules run smoothly and efficiently

 Communication between patients, therapists, and staff is clear

 Problems are solved with a positive, solution-oriented mindset

 The clinic feels organized, supportive, and energetic

Schedule & Work Environment

 Full-time position

 Consistent schedule

Requirements

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (healthcare a plus, but not required)

 Strong organizational and communication skills

 Comfort using computers and learning new software

 Reliable transportation
