What Your Day Looks Like

 Treat a mixed patient population

 Follow individualized plans of care with autonomy and clinical reasoning

 Patients scheduled every 40 minutes, with flexibility to treat longer when needed

 Average clinic volume around ~60 visits per week

 Productivity expectations are reasonable and not obsessively tracked

 Success is measured by:

o Patient outcomes

o Patient satisfaction

o Quality care and teamwork

Documentation (Yes, This Matters)

 Document on the clock

 AI documentation support significantly reduces charting time

 Prompt EMR

 No taking notes home

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

 Full-time position

 Therapists scheduled 37 hours, not 40

 Flexible scheduling options:

o Shorter days across the week

o Or longer days with built-in flexibility

 No documentation at home
