903 Physical Therapy
Whitesboro, Tx
Whitesboro, TX | Patient-First • Tech-Forward • Growth-Oriented
What if you could treat the whole patient, not just rush them through a protocol?
What if advanced technology helped you get people better faster, instead of adding more work to your plate?
What if you could go home without documentation hanging over your head, and still grow, earn more, and be proud of the care you provide?
At our clinic, we’re doing physical therapy differently. We’re building a community-centered, patient-first practice that uses innovative technology, real autonomy, and meaningful relationships to help people recover fully, not just “well enough.”
We’re not corporate PT. We don’t shove productivity down your throat. But we do expect you to care deeply, stay engaged, and keep getting better. If that excites you, keep reading.
We exist to improve the health and well-being of our community, and to change how physical
therapy fits into healthcare.
Community-Centered Care – We don’t just treat injuries; we help our community stay
active, healthy, and confident.
Empowerment – We help patients unlock potential they didn’t think was possible.
Restoration & Functionality – We aim for 100% recovery, not 80%.
Respect & Compassion – Every patient is treated with dignity, empathy, and time.
Commitment to Education – We educate patients and clinicians so results last.
We’re working to flip the medical pyramid, positioning PT as a proactive, primary-care solution
instead of a last resort after medications and procedures fail.
This role is for a Physical Therapist who is:
Patient-first and relationship-driven
Empathetic and great at building rapport
Team-first, coachable, and growth-oriented
Comfortable being challenged, and excited to improve
Open to learning and using advanced technology to elevate care
This is not a good fit if you’re:
Looking to coast
Uninterested in growth
Only motivated by clocking in and out
Unwilling to stay busy or take ownership of outcomes
Average of ~60 visits per week
Patients scheduled every 40 minutes, with full autonomy to treat longer when needed
(Yes, if a patient needs 60–90 minutes, you can do that)
Mixed patient population
Success measured by:
o Patient outcomes
o Happy, engaged patients
o Quality care and professional responsibility
Documentation (This Matters)
Document on the clock
AI scribe handles the majority of your notes
Prompt EMR
Therapists are not taking notes home
We invest in tools that improve outcomes and your experience:
Enovis 40W Laser
Shockwave therapy
Dry needling
RunDNA Helix 3D
AI documentation scribe
Technology here isn’t a gimmick, it’s how we help you get patients better faster while protecting your time and energy.
Therapists scheduled 37 hours, not 40
Flexible scheduling:
o 5 shorter days
o or 4 longer days with a built-in short day / day off
(Your choice)
No taking work home
AI documentation dramatically reduces after-hours work
Paid Time Off:
2 weeks paid vacation
1 week sick pay
Carry over up to 1 week
After 3 years: accrue 1 additional vacation day per year (up to 4 weeks)
PTO is easy to use with simple coverage coordination
Ongoing mentorship and CEU support
Quarterly reviews with real-time feedback available anytime
Dynamic leadership style, help when you need it, autonomy when you don’t
Opportunity to grow into Clinical Director or clinic leadership
o Not required; great staff PTs are equally valued
o Expansion and new clinic opportunities ahead
Salary: $73,000 – $90,000
Bonuses: Extra services + profit sharing
Benefits include:
Health, dental, and vision insurance
2% retirement match
Profit sharing
Autonomy in treatment decisions
No corporate red tape
Therapists consistently tell us the freedom, profit sharing, and patient-first culture are why they stay.
We recently had a therapist with 12 years in corporate PT make the switch.
What surprised her most?
Not the technology.
Not the bonuses.
It was the little things:
The owner buying lunch.
Celebrating wins.
Showing, daily, that patients matter more than numbers.
That’s not an accident. That’s who we are.
Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in Texas
Full-time availability
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Desire to treat the whole patient and keep growing
We’re not hiring to fill a slot.
We’re hiring a teammate, someone who wants to do meaningful work, grow professionally, and help change how physical therapy is delivered in our community.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
