Your surgery is only half the work. Rehab decides how well you move afterward. At 903 Physical Therapy in Gunter, you get one-on-one rehab that follows your surgeon's protocol and gets you back to work, sport and everyday life.

WHO WE HELP
Every surgery comes with its own timeline and its own rules. We build your rehab around your procedure and your surgeon's protocol, not a generic handout. Whether you had surgery in Sherman, McKinney or Dallas, you can do your recovery here in Gunter.
- Knee replacement and partial knee replacement
- Hip replacement and hip arthroscopy
- ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair
- Rotator cuff repair and shoulder replacement
- Spine surgery, including fusion, discectomy and laminectomy
- Ankle, foot and fracture repair
- Prehab before any planned surgery
YOUR RECOVERY PLAN
Prehab Before Surgery. When there's time, we start before your procedure. Stronger muscles and better motion going in often mean an easier recovery coming out.
Protect and Follow the Protocol. Early visits focus on swelling, pain and safe motion within your surgeon's limits. We send progress updates so everyone stays on the same page.
Rebuild Strength and Movement. As healing allows, we add strength, balance and functional training for the stairs, lifting and activities you need.
Return to Your Life. The last phase gets you back to work, the gym, the field or your grandkids, with a home program so your progress lasts.

At 903 PT, we focus on identifying & treating the root cause of your pain, not just the symptoms. Our licensed physical therapists use hands-on techniques and targeted exercise to deliver long-lasting relief and improved movement.

We help your body move the right way by building strength and improving flexibility to prevent future injuries. Our personalized physical therapy plans keep you active, strong, and confident long after your treatment ends.

903 Physical Therapy is at 110 S 4th St, Suite 104, in Gunter. We provide one-on-one post-surgical rehab Monday through Thursday 7am to 6pm and Friday 7am to 2pm, so you can do your rehab close to home.
Texas lets you see a physical therapist for an evaluation without a referral. After surgery, most surgeons send a therapy order and a protocol. Bring those to your first visit so your rehab follows your surgeon's plan from day one.
Bring your surgery paperwork, your surgeon's rehab protocol or therapy order, your insurance card, and a list of your medications. Wear loose clothing that lets us see and reach the surgical area, like shorts for knee surgery.
Some soreness is normal as you regain motion and strength, but rehab should not feel unbearable. Your therapist adjusts every session to how you respond and keeps you within your surgeon's limits, so you make progress without setbacks.
It depends on the surgery. A simple arthroscopy may take a few weeks of visits, while joint replacement, ACL or rotator cuff repair often takes three to six months. Your therapist sets a plan after your first evaluation.
Yes. If you started rehab in Frisco, McKinney, Sherman or anywhere else, you can continue with us in Gunter. Bring your surgeon's protocol and any notes from your previous therapist so we can pick up where you left off.
We work with patients after knee and hip replacement, ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, rotator cuff repair, shoulder replacement, spine surgery, ankle and foot surgery, and fracture repair. Call us if your surgery is not listed.
Yes. We follow your surgeon's protocol, send progress updates, and reach out if anything looks off, like unusual swelling or a loss of motion. You get one plan that you, your surgeon and your therapist all agree on.
Only once your incision has fully healed and your surgeon has cleared you for heat. The sauna is not part of early post-op rehab. Later in recovery, your therapist can tell you whether it fits your plan.
